Destiny Islands - Tasik - 4/1/2026

The world he entered was cold and dark. A starless sky greeted him as he came to from his life altering experience, light colored eyes opening up to take it all in before trying to get his legs to work. At first it seemed like a lost cause with the cold trying to grip on to him. But Tasik was not a quitter and believed that he would make it out of this one way or another. Patience was the key, and knowing that his faith would guide him through this trial yet again.

The grey and white wolf eventually got to his feet, taking in the surprisingly beautiful land before him. A beach with palm trees that were trying hard to hold on. The sand was pleasant beneath his toes as he squished about. The sea breeze made him feel at home, as if what ever force had taken him nearly gave him a present in another realm.

A chance to branch out and see things from a different perspective perhaps. Either way, Tasik would learn to make the most of this new life, each day at a time. But why was it so dark and cold out here? Where was the sun that once kissed the sky? The warmth that would grace one's skin? Perhaps there was someone, somewhere, who would know the answers.

RE: Destiny Islands - Anemone - 4/16/2026

After the flames had died down, Nemo had... wandered. She'd left the handsome Farzin back where she came from, leaving them to do whatever they were doing before she crashed the party. It left them time to ponder the world, explore as much as they could without dying of hypothermia. She was getting skinny already; the dry air and the storms made prey incredibly hard to find, let alone catch. She was surviving off pure grit and determination, eating whatever she could to keep going.

Their hunt for food had brought them to the ocean. Anemone always thought it was strange they kept coming back here, considering their name and upbringing. Ocean hunting was much easier than the long slog of land prey. If she was still, fish would come right up to her snout, allowing her to simply dart forward and hold on with all her might and she'd have a hearty meal for the day, at this point.

In her slow walk down to the waves, a pale lump appearing in her peripheral got her attention, bringing her to a stop. Pricking her ears, she tilted her head as the lump got up, revealing his form. Was this a newbie on this forsaken earth? Anemone was coming to realise how weird these lands were; wicked storms, weird dreams, weirder fires... the list would go on, she was sure. But, at least they were here to give this guy an introduction! And, maybe he could help her find something she could eat? Pretty please?

She released a soft woof, trying not to startle him as she set towards him, a friendly smile on her face.
