Anemone layed there all fat and happy, looking cozy as she rested from the long haul of the hunt. Tasik didn't want to disturb her much, but when her head raised to see him, a smile warm across her face, he knew that she didn't mind. We saved each other, balance was restored. Just as it should be. He smiled back at her, fully relaxed on the beach, still laying out across the sand. I'll keep going to wherever I am needed. Where I can make myself a home near the ocean, perhaps find others like me. But for now, I am okay with how things are. Was he truly? Eventually the bitterness of a lonely lifestyle would come back to haunt him. But he was settled for a time with just being on his own, quieted and comforted by his teachings and his own mind.
