The wolf that approached was but a boy. The color of soft dove feathers with gentle, pale eyes. He practically crawled to her, sinking his body low towards the floor. In a display of purposeful submission or just timidness – the cranebird couldn’t tell, but the way he spoke made Izumi assume both were the case. Turning her form towards him, the she-wolf addressed him with a soft chuff. "Dear," she began gently. ”You do not have to posture yourself in such a way, I don’t bite." Which was half the truth. She was more than willing to bite if needed, of course, but not a harmless child.
To his question, Izumi shook her head. ”I’m afraid I don’t know enough Information to really give you an answer to that.” She admitted. Likely he’d be talking about someone around his age, right? Yet the shewolf hadn’t run into any yearlings as of late.
