The female woke early that morning with a purpose. She was to find some soapwort, she felt she needed a nice bath, something beyond a rinse in the sea. The salt helped scrub some of the dirt off, but her days as a gardener were dirty ones. As she unpeeled from her lover the girl pressed a nose to Makara's cheek and did the same thing she nearly always did, unless she was in a hurry, and she breathed in his scent. She took in his essence, absorbed every inch of his cheekfur with her nose, and she giggled when it tickled it.

She pulled away and muttered a soft Swedish goodbye before she bounded off into the day. It was overcast today, cloudy and dark, and she furrowed her brow. A storm was brewing and she honestly wasn't looking forward to it, the way the clouds rolled offered a sense of a heavy rain. The air was thick and you could taste the moisture on it, Pasi slowed her pace as she made her way away from their den and into the wisteria trees.

The goddess sniffed about, trying to catch the delicate, sweet, and fresh aroma. Her nose working overtime as she nosed this way and that. After a while she was able to catch the scent and zeroed in on it with a determined smile. Her brow was furrowed in a positive way this time, her smile was more a smirk of pride, and she trotted faster as she made her way towards the origin of the scent.

After what felt like hours of zigging and zagging the female finally found them. The tiny blooms of pink were brilliant and glorious, they smelled lovely, and they were hers.

Diving headfirst into the bushy gathering she dug at the base of them and began to uproot the plants. Once she had exposed the roots she began to pile them up beside her and make a small mound that would grow in size with each passing moment. She would gather as much as her tiny mouth would carry, and then she'd make a few more trips back and forth so she could gather them for the rest of the pack if they so desired.

The silvered heiress spent the morning doing her routine patrolling of the island. From early sunrise to now, gazing at the nearby sea creatures who may have been bold enough to linger close. She wasn't one to read the sky much, but a storm was happening today.


Due to that, she cut her journey short. Aika wanted… Zero reason to be caught lost again.


What she didn't count on? Stepping on a crab.

A small pitiful yelp and she was pinched on her paw pad. What a way to start the morning… She shook the crab off her paw, trying to be.. as gentle as she could. It was her fault.

The silvered guardian must have… disturbed its home. A soft coo as she watched the crab dart towards the ocean. My apologies… I didn't mean to disturb you.


white paws brought her up a well-trotted path she had begun to carve out through the flowerbeds. She quite enjoyed the company of the creatures that came for the painted flowers and berries. And.. well… it was a good place to try and hide the limp she'd have for a few days.


Ears cupped forward as she heard aggressive digging. A dark grey to blue wolf. One she had seen around the Dynasty but never interacted with. With a pull of her slender frame, she appeared from the botanic shoreline. A gentle woof to announce her presence.


Nothing more than to not startle the poor soul. With a slight limp, she blinked upon closing distance. Keeping herself a few paces away in case the other was… too busy to chatter. A slight head tilt, Aika couldn't quite see what she was pulling from the ground. Hello, what are you rooting for?

She heard a soft yelp in the distance and stopped for a moment, lifting her head from the bush of soapwort and turning to face the sound with a raised head. She shrugged her shoulders, assuming it must have been the wind, and went back to digging. She was headfirst in the dirt when the voice called out to her.

The voice was soft and gentle, a twinkling on the winds, and Pasi stopped in her tracks. The dirt covered blue female lifted her head again and turned towards the female who had spoken to her. Blinking she giggled and hopped around, spinning her body in the air as she whipped to face the other.

The other woman was tall and slender, a beautiful woman of ivory and light smoke, Pasi tilted her head a little and closed her eyes with her smile. The small woman popped her optics open once more and blinked again as she stared at the other taller woman. Soapwort! The femme squeaked with a wide smile.

I was gathering a bunch of it for the pack. I don't know about the rest of the pack, but I love to take baths, and the soapwort gets you extra squeaky clean, and you smell very fresh afterwards. The woman turned her head back to face her pile and the bushes she was digging in. Sorry, I'm really dirty, I was planning to use some of this after I took it all back. The little blue woman giggled again.

Soapwort… she had explained it briefly. But she wasn't entirely sure if she liked the idea of bathing so often. Aika liked to keep her appearance neat and clean, but excessively? That wasn't her thing. Though she would happily assist others with it. Anywhere she could help, she would.


The swan giggled softly, barely putting weight on her paw as she gently moved from the shoreline. Closer to the blue woman. A soft smile crept on her maw. Quite alright.. I'm sure I'm coated in pollen or salt from the shoreline.


What else can it do? I'm.. I'm not knowledged in many herbs or.. err.. plants. Aika gently leaned down to peek at the plant the woman had dug up. It was bizarre to her that plants just.. did things like that.

Pasi flicked her ear and smiled at the other woman's reassurance that it was quite alright. The Goddess relaxed a little bit and listed with a tilted head to the question the other woman posed, mentioning that she wasn't very knowledgeable in plants or herbs. Pasi stood and looked up at the other female as she began her explanation, pushing the pile of soapwort at her for inspection.

Well, besides the clean thing, when it is applied topically it can be used as a compress or wash to soothe skin irritations... But honestly that's the extent of my knowledge... The small female giggled and closed her eyes with a smile. I haven't ever had to use it as a compress but it's good to know I guess... She giggled again and shrugged.

Oh! She squeaked, popping her eyes open and jumping in surprise at herself. Please! forgive me! I'm Pasithea, but you can call me Pasi if it's easier. She introduced finally, dipping her head in a bow as she once more closed her eyes and bent her head in respect.

Leaning down to sniff the root she had. To her it looked like a sheer root, she didn't understand.. why it did what it did. Aika giggled softly at her comment of the extent of her knowledge of Soapwart. You know far more than I do. Plants are deemly unique. I do enjoy hearing how they can do great things.
