As if the gods were listening, answering his prayers, the world opened up to a brilliant array of sunshine and golden light. Greenery and flowers came back, taking back what was theirs and welcoming back the animals that once thrived in their midst. Nóttin took in everything the Vale had to offer him: the vast array of colorful planta and the rush of spring scents into his nose. It was truly a miracle. Now maybe another miracle could happen. Maybe now they could have their wedding, and even bring up the possibility of a family. Nóttin could only hope. Carefully he stepped out of the den, taking a deep breath of relief and satisfaction. Then proceeded to explore his home once more, to finally enjoy and welcome Spring in all its glory.
