She did not like that place, she didn't even actually wanna go inside, she just went cause Pa went in, she mostly just wanted time with him and that was it, time with Da in a new place away from the others who wailed about something every minute of the waking daylight.

So, when Pa and many others were gone one morning, she panicked, her stomach retched any food she'd eaten right onto those wooden boards of that Inn, she had wanted to cry, she did during the night when she had decided she didn't trust those scruffy looking wolves with their weird leader with a weirder accent. So, she left, using the darkness of night to scurry away to the north just a bit, her long lanky legs carrying her faster than a stead.

When morning cracked over the ocean, painting the sky beautiful pinks and oranges, she finally came to a rest here in the meadow, tall sunflowers proudly tilted to the sun, their petals bright yellow and vibrant against the darker greens of the flora.

She was out, she was safe, or...as safe as she could be at least. Her head swam with emotions, her eyes grew wet as she slumped to her rump, sniffling softly looking around, she was lost, wasn't she? She had left Lenore back there, she shouldn't have, she felt so bad, but she couldn't risk being caught sneaking away, what if they hurt her for sneaking away?

Why had Pa and the others left them..Did they not want her anymore? Was she too loud and they no longer wanted to listen to her chattering? Where was Mama?

Her heart squeezed in her chest, salty tracks racing down her muzzle, slowly moving to stand back up, moving through this meadow slowly, head low, she didn't like being alone, not at all. Yet here she was, a child, someone so used to being sorrounded by others walking through a field silently by herself.
